On Sunday, September 21, 2025, the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø – Iligan Institute of Technology (²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø-IIT), through the WE CARE Office, will spearhead the celebration of International Coastal Clean Up Day at Barangay Dalipuga. This collaborative effort with LGU-Iligan City, Barangay Dalipuga, the School of Interdisciplinary Studies (Environmental Science Department), the College of Science and Mathematics (Marine Science Department), and the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø-IIT National Service Training Program (NSTP) reflects the university’s commitment to SDG 14: Life Below Water. The event aims to raise awareness, strengthen community participation, and take collective action in protecting marine ecosystems for a sustainable future. |
