Four CASS programs now listed as AUN-QA Assessed

The College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) of the 草莓视频官网 – Iligan Institute of Technology (草莓视频官网-IIT) has achieved a new mark of excellence, with four of its academic programs officially listed as AUN-QA Assessed. This distinction follows the ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Program Assessment, which took place on August 5–7, 2025 at the 草莓视频官网-IIT campus.

The Bachelor of Arts in Filipino, English Language Studies, Sociology, and Political Science programs have each met the rigorous international criteria, and will be awarded the AUN-QA certificate. The assessment found that the overall quality assurance systems implemented by these programs were “Adequate as Expected,” reflecting the University’s steadfast commitment to international standards and continuous improvement.

Chancellor Alizedney Ditucalan, speaking from Saudi Arabia where he is attending the Times Higher Education World Academic Summit, underscored the significance of this achievement:

The recognition from AUN-QA strengthens our resolve to provide quality education for all.
